Holistic Massage

Holistic massage is a form of massage therapy that takes a holistic approach to healing the body, mind and spirit. This approach recognises that the body and mind are interconnected and that the physical symptoms of a disease or condition may be linked to emotional or psychological factors.

Holistic massage usually involves a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. The massage therapist works with the client to develop a massage that is tailored to their individual needs and goals. This may include treatment of specific areas of the body that cause pain or discomfort, as well as techniques designed to promote relaxation and general well-being.

Barong Massagen

Balinese Massage

Balinese massage is a traditional massage technique that originated on the Indonesian island of Bali. It is a combination of acupressure, stretching, energy work and gentle touch.

During the massage, the muscles and joints are loosened through gentle stretches and acupressure points. The masseur also uses rhythmic strokes and kneading to improve circulation and relieve tension. A special technique of Balinese massage is the so-called “palm press technique”, in which the masseur presses on the muscles with his or her hands and forearms.

Another important element of Balinese massage is the work with energy. The masseur can harmonise the energy in the client’s body and release blocked energy through certain touches and stretches.

Tuina Massage

Tuina massage is a form of traditional Chinese massage that has been used for thousands of years to promote healing and well-being. It is based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), which views the body as a complex system of energy channels and points known as meridians and acupuncture points. The aim of Tuina massage is to balance the body’s energy, also known as Qi, and to release blockages in the energy channels that can cause pain and discomfort.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger point therapy is a form of manual therapy used to treat painful areas of the body called trigger points. Trigger points are small, overly irritable knots of muscle fibres that cause pain and discomfort and can often spread pain to other areas of the body. Trigger point therapy involves applying pressure to these points, either manually or with the help of special instruments, to release the tension and restore normal muscle function.

Cranio Sacral Therapy

Cranio Sacral therapy (CST) is often used as a complementary therapy for a variety of conditions, including chronic pain, headaches, TMJ disorders, neck and back pain, fibromyalgia, stress, anxiety and depression. It can also be helpful for people recovering from injury or surgery, or for people with postural or neurological conditions.

Individual Spinal & Structural Treatment

Back pain? ? lumbago? Each individual vertebra is connected to the nervous system and to the entire organism. Therefore, a correct alignment of the spine is crucial for well-being. With special grips and stretches, tensions and blockages in the head, neck, shoulder and lumbar vertebrae are specifically released. This activates the self-healing powers and strengthens the immune system. The entire body and organism are thus brought into balance. Recommended treatments: depending on the cause.
